I was reading about Adam Lanza and Newtown because something struck me: why? It is one thing to shoot immigrants or a group you don't like and another to just randomly shoot people for no reason ( even saying the devil made me do it would be more plausible). But I have noticed people write off something as a fluke, that the person was just crazy, when a good chunk of the time there is more to it (Hitler, for instance, grew up in a culture of intolerance against Jewish people, or did not just come out of the blue). Do you this is a defense mechanism so people do not need to face the evil within or potentially within?
