I don't mean to lump INTJs in with Autism for the sake of it, but I have noticed communities that are INTJ tend to be more understanding of my plight more often than communities that are even high functioning autistic. Say you are pissed about the TSA line. I recently ranted about this (in fairness I got in a negative loop), but the points I made were valid that security is not enhanced by this and it is wasting everyone's time. Then people said I was just a whiner and that traveling was a privilege not a right. But no one considered the operations research/systems aspect of this and would rather be a lapdog to those in charge.
I always thought that those on the spectrum tended to color outside the lines, even if their politics were my cup of tea. However, it seems like they are lapdogs just like everyone else, and not just because of this issue. That is not to say I have never had any pushback on this sub, but it is funny I have more latitude to speak freely. It is kind of weird.
