I don't ever remember the interview process including so many different interview steps
Post Body

For 1 potential opportunity, I have spoken to talent specialist, and a Regional Manager. Now are planning a 1/2 day interview. What can be accomplished with a 4 hr interview-- what takes so long?

2nd potential opportunity, I have spoken to VP of sales for just a minute or so (not an interview). Since HR was out of pocket, the VP had 3 other people call me -- a Sr Mgr of Strategic accounts, a Talent Operations specialist, Sr Field Application Engineer, and the VP of Sales for a recently acquired company. The Talent Ops Specialist asked for references. How many more steps could there be?

3rd potential opportunity, interviewed with a recruiter. Now I have interviews scheduled for a 3 hour block of time this week.
