Tips for getting an entry level position that prefers a master's degree.
Post Body

I am doing one of those interview processes that takes half a day, where I'll be talking to people in various positions ranging from the VP of R&D to my future coworkers.

First thing's first, how in the world am I going to manage pulling a position from this?! (I've a bachelor's degree and they prefer having someone with a master's degree).

Secondly, insecurities aside, does anyone have any advice on how I can provide that I am most suited for this position? What are they going to be looking for from a recent college graduate with only 8 months worth of work experience? Is my personalibility going to be a factor in this?
