Hello,
I have an interview this Thursday for a Post Award Grant Accountant/Manager with a public college. The pay, benefits are great and , in this very competitive,.job market I am hoping to secure the job.
The problem while I'm strong with some of the jobs aspects (client relationships, budgeting), and while I have solid managerial experience, I'm no expert in this area.
I made it pass the lengthy application process to the first round interview and am studying all of the high points about grant admin, do you have any advice on how I should handle my relative lack of experience in the position's more technical areas ?
