Not sure what to ask/look for?
Post Body

hello! i am a recent psy graduate applying to full-time positions. i've never had a genuine full-time job (i've worked 40 hr weeks, but have never had benefits before lol), so i guess i'm wondering what are some important things to look and/or ask for during the interview process? i'm scared of accepting low-ball offers without knowing what the standard benefits package should look like. any and all guidance is appreciated!
