Hiring manager said I should expect an offer, when is it appropriate to follow up?
Post Body

Hey everyone!

So I’ve went through two rounds of interviews with an MNC, one with the team leader and the other with the hiring manager.

At the end of the second interview the hiring manager said that I should expect an offer from his company the next week.

However, he added that I should also do one more in person interview with their HR personnel as a hiring policy formality, and that the interview would happen at the end of the work week or early next week. This was two days ago and we’re approaching the end of the week, yet I still haven’t heard back on the HR interview date.

When would it be most suitable for me to follow up on the HR interview date?

I don’t want to come off as desperate nor too cold. Help!
