I am interviewing for an ideal job that seems like it was made for me. I first went through a phone interview with the recruiter. I was given a skills test related to the position, which I passed. I completed a Zoom interview with the Hiring Manager, Supervisor, and an HR person outside of the department. I thought it went pretty well. But after thinking about it, I thought of how I could have worded responses better (I know we're our own worst critics). Yesterday, I received an email from the recruiter that the same hiring manager and supervisor want to have another "follow-up meeting" with me which will only take 15-30 minutes. He asked if I was available for a "quick chat". But when he sent the Zoom invite, he titled it an interview. What could this be about? I've only had a final interview with different people, not the same. Any advice on how to prep?
