This morning I bombed an internal job interview. Did not get proper sleep the night before, was super nervous and hyper focused on each and every word. Im thinking about writing an email to the interviewer and being honest about the situation. Thoughts?
Post Body

Although as per the hiring manager, it wasn’t a formal interview but I feel as if I butchered all my answers. If I write an email to her explaining the situation, will it benefit or backfire? I’d appreciate any help. TIA!
