I guess I'll just start from the beginning. One of my partners and I were having a conversation about our respective health issues, and a thought occurred to them. After listing off a number of things about my physical, mental, and neurological concerns...they told me that they wouldn't be surprised if I was intersex, specifically if I had Klinefelter's Syndrome. When my partner showed me some information regarding what that can manifest as and pointed out how much of it fit me I was a bit taken aback. I'm genuinely curious if I have this, because it would actually explain quite a bit about me. Does anyone have any experience with pursuing testing as an adult for genetic abnormalities? Who would I go to in order to find out? Obviously this is just a subreddit and not a place to obtain medical services or treatment, but I though that perhaps someone here has been down this road and could offer a pointer or two about how to find out.
