Scared to get a diagnosis

I was assigned male at birth but believe I might be intersex because;
- I have naturally higher levels of estrogen
- Grew breasts since puberty
- Period like pain/cramps monthly around the same time (which has me in such bad pain monthly)
- Hips
- Smoother skin compared to men
- Different smell down there compared to men
- I cum clear (not as white as other men, sometimes it’s almost clear literally, but I do have testicles)
Are these valid reasonings to think there’s a possibility that I might be intersex? How can I get a diagnosis? I’m so afraid and embarrassed to go to the doctor for this… :(
