So, this was a thing I didn't know existed, and according to a WGS test I did/bought, there's a 95% chance I have it. But, it would explain a lot. I have an appointment with a genetic counselor on Friday to discuss this and other concerns like cancer genes (finally, getting an appointment and maybe some more official testing!). And, there's a gender clinic/endocrinology clinic that's right down the road from my college that is very knowledgeable about it (or so this guy from the CDC told me). I've researched it intensely, and it's (from what I gathered) an extremely rare condition, moreso than AIS.
So, I was wondering if anyone here has heard of ERS/EIS, or for those that have it, how does/has it affected you?
Edit to say the reason it's not well-known is because there's only been (according to a paper I read) 5 recorded cases within three separate studies. There's not much other research I could find on it.
