I got my results on Friday and have so many questions. I was born male, or so birth record says so. I transitioned to female 7 years ago. I began my search into being intersex after my surgeon performing my vaginoplasty reported one of my testes appeared to be an ovary. My brother recently reported that our mother had told him that she had to make decisions and that she was sorry she had kept from me my whole life right before she passed away. When I was a child I noticed that I had scars in my genital region and I asked her about them and always got some strange replies, such as one “some kids are born with tails”. I was also premature by almost 3 months. Prior to beginning HRT my testosterone levels were extremely low, experienced pain in my left testicle throughout my life, small penis, small narrow hands and feet. My primary care physician ordered these tests a month ago. To me looks like I would be classified as male but does not take into consideration that an ovary was present. My birth records are apparently unavailable as the hospital didn’t keep records pas 25 years is what I was told when investigating how to obtain them. And comments or advice would be appreciated. I had made a prior post about this but has to start a new one as I was unable to attach the report findings.
