How should I get my phone back from my sister
Post Body

Last year me and my sister decided to get a family plan for T-Mobile. She had her phone (paid off) I leased and iPhone that i need to pay off. I also got insurance for it which she said I shouldn’t get but I got it anyway. We put the bill on my credit card. One day my phone screen breaks I said oh I can just get it replaced but no she wanted to finesse a new phone through the insurance. We get the second phone and she takes the new phone and says fix the screen on the broken phone and you can have this one. Me being young, dumb, easy to manipulate, and “listen to your elders” went on ahead paid 100 or so bucks to fix it and exchanged it for the new phone while she keeps the fixed phone. Some months go by and im like why the fuck did I do that Im technically paying for the phone that she has and paid a good amount on that phone. Ya I have a new one and paying it off aswel but if I got that phone and sold it I wouldn’t have to pay anything more on this phone. All in all im just like I’ve been bamboosaled. We get into a heated argument and part ways due to something completely different and now I want revenge I just want my phone back at this point i don’t care what happens I would like my property that I paid for that i have credit card transactions for. If in the end it get reclaimed by the insurance because we finnesed them then hey I don’t care, but it would be nice to also just have it. What should I do?
