How can I fit a TV into this living room setup?
Post Body

My New York apartment is SMALL. I don't see any comfortable way to do your typical couch in front of TV set-up. I tried putting the couch against the blank wall with the idea of having a tv face it from the middle of the room. But then I have a TV as a central focal point, which I don't like.

I do still want a tv in this room but I have to get creative.

Can you help me figure out how to incorporate a TV into my living area?

For starters, these gallery legs would be great for saving space. I like the simplicity of them.

This Samgsung Frame TV can be purchased with a gallery stand, meaning I could move the TV around.

My first idea is to angle the tv in this open space by the side, which will take up a lot of my open space but there might be a way to store the TV when not in use.You would have to lie on the count to have the TV in front of you or shift your body to the direction of the tv.

For reference here is where the TV would go / be angled.

The other option is to mount the TV to this wall with an arm that can angle it out. I don't like the idea of having a big, clunky elecronic TV feeling overbearing to the rest of the space, but this might be the more practical floor-space-saving solution.
