Are there recent text adventures?

Hey folks.
I kinda like the idea of text adventures, and I was hoping there'd be some recent ones. However, when I'm searching, I'm mostly finding visual novels or CYOA-style works. Are there any more recent proper text adventures?
If there aren't, I suppose I'm also interested in some CYOA stuff, but I'm really looking for text adventures.
