Mosaic chart question

Is there a chance to set TWS up so that when you klick at a ticker out of your WL
- the chart will open
- the option chain openes
then when you klick at a contract the chart doesn't change.
so basically the chart, the order entry and the option chain should respond to the WL but the chart shouldn't resond to the option contract? i would like to see the stocks chart instead of looking at the options price chart
