Bonds orders never get filled

There are some other posts about that but no interesting answer. Does anyone know why my orders for bonds never get filled? I have orders for corporate bonds that are dormant since one week. That would be my first bond trade (when it happens). I tried to move my limit way up the quoted Ask, but to no avail. I could try market order but I don't like that. Should I call customer support?I'm based in Europe and the bonds are AUD-denominated from an European issuer.
