Places are nice, but for me, an Intentional Community is about the People, both their safety and opportunities to grow. There is no right answer, but I would like to hear your thoughts on which is most important to you (personal opinion/feelings)
As for what ideally is most important or most logical for people in general, use the comments to troll me relentlessly
Also hit the DMs as I am hosting gatherings of primitive camping this summer to discuss topics of permaculture, consumerism, history, and the return of the Ice Age. The location is in protected wilderness at the foot of my ancestor's latest successful stand against slavery.
