i5 12400F and RTX 3070 Ti Gaming dropping FPS and frequency

Hi, I recently bought a setup as below:

Monitor: ASUS TUF Gaming VG249Q 144hz GPU: Gigabyte RTX 3070 Ti Gaming CPU: I5-12400F MOBO: Biostar B660MX-E v 6.0 Ram: DDR4 Kingston Fury Beast RGB, 8GB, 3200Mhz PSU: XPG Core Reactor 750W 80 Gold SSD: Kingston m.2 500gb AirCooler DeepCool AK400

I was playing Assassins Creed Valhala and then, after 30 minutes of playing, my fps dropped, the GPU usage as well, and the frequency of CPU dropped too. Frequency of CPU normally is 3994 and dropped to 399.

Avg CPU temperature: 70°C Avg GPU temperature: 80°C

I already tried to play with and without XMP, but with the same behaviour.

Someone can help??
