Instax 9 or 70 for A Casual Photographer on a Budget
Post Body

Hi all,

Looking to get an instant camera to rediscover the fun I used to have with my old Polaroid in the 1980's. I'm trying to decide whether the mini 70 is worth the extra $20-30 over the mini 9 (the 90 is a bit too pricey for my budget right now).

I have experience with traditional SLR cameras and understand concepts like light meters, f-stop and aperture, so even though I plan to use it casually, I'm wondering if I would "outgrow" the 9 too quickly? Opinion seems to be the 70 does indoor and low-light photos a bit better? It also looks less like a toy.

The Mini 9 seems to be more widely available in a bunch of nice bundles though to save some cash.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
