Instax Wide 300 mark on film?

I bought a used Instax wide 300 at a garage sale. It’s my first time using it and the two shots I’ve taken have marks towards the bottom. The film in the camera was actually left in the camera. I am used to Polaroids so I am not sure what this is because Instax don’t have rollers. What could this be?
