I am have not reached an appreciation for my Intant Pot yet. I have gotten burn warnings on just about every recipe I have attempted lately. Seems to be a crapshoot and I always have to have the oven pre-heated. I want to start exploring pot in pot... but where do I find a pot that is large but fits inside of my instant pot? I think my goal would be to essentially put everything except the water inside of a pot that's just about as big as it can get.
Latest recipe that caused a burn warning for me was Stroganoff. I thought their direction to "stir in the noodles" sounded a bit suspicious. After it though I did notice that most of the water that was in the recipe was gone so perhaps I just needed more? It only asked for 3 cups.
