WOW.... dear Other Customer that got screwed over. Thanks for also screwing me over too.
Post Body

So there appears to have been an innocent mistake. I don't expect all deliveries to go off 100% perfectly. sometimes people have off days and that really stinks.... but the poor chick that tried to deliver my order. I watched her from my ring camera as she frantically realized she had dropped the order off at the wrong customer house, so she left to go retrieve the order. Unfortunately the customer that got MY order was soooo pissed off that they got MY order that they refused to give MY order back to the delivery driver after she went back and admitted she messed up. So now the poor delivery driver needs to go pick up another replacement order for me and my delivery window was rescheduled for 2 hours later than it was originally booked.

Again I do NOT mind waiting since I know these things happen. I know sometimes schedules are tight and you need something for a reason but don't go 100% putting all your eggs in 1 basket when it comes to delivery of items from Instacart.... yeah it stinks that your order was initially messed up but the driver went BACK and brought you your stuff. Why dafuq keep MY stuff hostage and refuse to give it back? All you are doing is being selfish and greedy and tbh it's tacky, shady, and messed up.... so yeah... one mistake and it got made worse because the person that got MY order refused to give it back when they got their proper order re-delivered -__- ffs... I don't get why some people are so petty. They must have been having a bad day.
