If you're going to place an order for fast and flexible delivery, and your order is coming from Costco, do not berate your shopper for showing up at your house at 6:30 in the morning. We have special access to Costco starting at 6 am. I can't tell you how many times I've been shouted at for waking someone up. We cannot control when InstaCart sends us orders - if the store is open - we're gonna shop! I would assume you'd like to know your groceries are on your porch, regardless of the time, otherwise, you're going to have $200 of dead produce, eggs, meat, and melted ice cream.
We are ALL (I would hope) doing our best in this pandemic. But please stop taking it out on your shopper.
