Maybe a dumb question, but I’m looking to order some stuff from a craft store because I don’t have a car and it’s a stupid long bus ride but a pretty short drive. The order itself wouldn’t be very many items, but the total would be enough that the tip would be worth it (and I know not to do percentages cuz it gets changed if they’re out of stuff). That said, some craft stores can get super picked over and I’m worried they’ll be out of all the stuff I’m hoping to get.

So what happens if they don’t have anything I asked for? Does the driver not get compensated at all? Can I still tip them? I just don’t wanna screw up someone’s day :-/
