my instacart account was hacked. i feel so violated. they got into my account and changed the email & password. then went on to buy $180 of junk food. nothing had nutritional value at all. once i called instacart it was too late to cancel the order & they claimed they could do nothing but refund my money. (which i’m grateful for) but i transferred 3 times and everybody seemed like this was just another day.. like they didn’t care.. they weren’t surprised and they deal with this all the time. i deleted my account right then & there on the phone. but that made me think about the shoppers that rely on orders to get paid. customer service is literally running customers away with their unprofessionalism
