So essentially I finished the game and I have a question that would require too much work to answer. I want someone here to "spoil" it for me.

In the second phase of the game, they tell you that you will replace one of the scrybes, and if my memory is correct they just let you pick which one you want. I picked the robot guy. And then the next phase of the game the whole ending revolves around the robot going on a power trip and then trapping you in the game and the game deleting itself in the end. Very cool but what would have happened if I didn't pick to replace the robot ?? Does the game 1) force you into it, or 2) is there a whole different version of the last part of the story if you pick a different scrybe ?

If it's option 2, just tell me and I will replay the whole game just to see it. If it's option 1, that's pretty much what I expected lol.
