Late post, but I finally finished the program on Sunday. I went from never working out to trying this totally insane workout for the very first time. I am so grateful for this rewarding experience overall, it is truly worth it TRUST ME. Of course there were days I wanted to quit and throw in the towel, but here is a quote that kept me going "If you quit now... you'll end up right back where you first began. And when you first began, you were desperate to be where you are RIGHT NOW, KEEP GOING". Some days I took 10 breaks, other days I took 3 breaks, and then one day I was able to only take 1. I just did what I could every single day. Fit test are tedious, but important. You'll be so surprised how much stronger you become by the results, its amazing to see at the end! And these pics are proof that the scale doesn't mean SHIT!! Put that thing away and hide it because its not accurate when you're gaining muscle and losing body fat. I didn't weigh myself until the end and GUESS WHAT ya'll I'm still the same weight from when I first started. As you can clearly see I lost body fat. I feel stronger and leaner than ever. Trust the process, go by pics and not what the scale number says. I hope this helps anyone that feels a little discouraged thinking your not losing anything after all the hard work you put in. Trust me your body will change. "That shit is bananas yo" but if I could do it, so could you! Hang in there and just keep pressing play. "DIG DEEPER" my friends :)
