day 1 day 63 Hi everyone I just finished insanity and it was a wild ride, If there's something good about this pandemic is that it made me start this crazy 2 month journey and ended up with these results. I'm very happy about how far I've come since day one and I can't wait to start something new in a few more weeks. I'm thinking I'll do max 30 next. I want to thank everyone in this subreddit, it's really nice to have a community that's going through the same pain and dicficulties that this crazy workouts brings. To anyone that's starting just keep pressing play and eat healthy and don't be so harsh on yourselfs, for me insanity was more about doing something to get my energy out and looking for that good feeling regular sports brought me before this pandemic, rather than the final results and body changes, I know it's kind of strange since insanity is clearly marketed as a literal beach body maker, but I do think it's more about the journey than the destination. Thanks again everyone 😁
