Monday is the 1st of the month.

So it's a great time to start. Or restart. Or in my case re-re-re-start. I have only ever completed month one and that was many years ago. I completed P90X3 in the first 3 months of the year, losing 44 pounds. Since then I have started and restarted Insanity 4 times. I'm starting again Monday determined to complete the full program. If anyone else is starting then please let me know, would live to have an accountabili-buddy.
