Has anyone tried hip hop abs? This is my last week of OG insanity. It's been a wild ride and I'm feeling great for being so close to completing it. So now I'm thinking on what to do next. I have knee problems and insanity has been rough on them, I can still do the workouts but i know i should take it slow after this week before I go for another round. I've seen the commercials after the workouts and hip hop abs looks fun and not so intense on the joints, has anyone tried it? Would you consider it a workout or just a dance lesson?
