Ok wtf was that. Pure Cardio Cardio Abs days were the toughest in my opinion. And once I got to month 2 I noticed that the fun was just starting Haha. But today I'm dying my abs hurt like they never had plus the normal fatigue of month 2 so I haven't moved all day after working out. Plus side is that it doesn't get more insane than this. Jokes aside I'm on week 2 of month 2 and finally starting to see some results, major weight loss and I'm starting to see my sixpack for the first time ever :'). I'm looking forward for the next days and my final results
