So last week was my recovert week, but my ankle and knee were begging me to stop moving so I took Tuesday to Thursday off and on Friday I did core cardio and balance. However I worked out shitless throughout all this month because I felt like using a tshirt was just a waste of clean clothes lol, I ended up taking them out anyway. The problem was that Friday was specially cold where I live so I got a fever that night that lasted all weekend. I took Monday off because I just started to feel better that day and I plan to start working out today. Should I start month 2 right away since I didn't do much on recovery week? Or should I give my body some month 1 workouts to slowly get to month 2? Any advice?
