Writing in my file??

So today I was eating during my break and my shift manger sees that I have barely any facial hair like it’s a stubble, I want to say like two days of leave it and she tells me that she doesn’t want to see that which is totally understandable but then she goes to tell me she that’s she’s going to write it in my file. She never even gave me a warning or anything? is she allowed to do that? I thought they were supposed to give a warnings first?
