I know that the Host isn't a very popular position but for me it's great.

I'm a level 2 and been working at INO here in San Diego for almost 8 months and well when I first started aa a host I like it, wasn't bad and pretty easy for me.

It helps that I'm a very extroverted person with the personality of a Golden Retriever as I just enjoy talking and socializing, my Managers notice this and they're cool with it, one day I spent almost 10 minutes talking to a customer who was curious if my name had a historical meaning, he was a history teacher and I have a love for history so we got talking about it, I notice one of the managers on shift was taking notice and when I went back to pick up some supplies to restock I apologize for it but he didn't mind and was glad to see me being very friendly with the customers.

My goal is be Host certified and be a full time host as I enjoy it, i also enjoy working at the Register as I talk to the customers as well but I enjoy being Host the most.
