Would LOVE a situation where I orally or otherwise please you regularly. Potentially open to service stuff too (changing your oil, cleaning your dishes, etc).
I am absolutely NOT looking to exchange sex or money for anything at all. Just looking for tenants who also dream of having their subby landlord take care of them regularly, and getting you fine folks here with me!
Able to rent a 1 bedroom apartment to a single/couple/whoever again in Riverside. Must still pass the usual background/credit checks, etc. Very friendly to all lifestyles as long as you're quiet/kind/respectful of other tenants. Can't guaranteed anything, but can put you first in line if you're reasonably quick to apply. We're well on the cheaper end of things, and available right away.
