Delicate Fingers is the primary tribe of Iciiund Mountains, ruled by Chieftain Tolieth. The Upper Residents and the Lower Residents work together to create crafts, such as jewelry, as well as clothing.
(Delicate Fingers was formerly one of the main Anyu (indigenous) tribes, until they were conquered by the Iciite. The Lower Residents are comprised mostly of the poor and/or the disabled, the former of which work in the mines to provide for the Upper Residents. Unlike the Upper Residents, however, they get more of their share taxed.)
