Is Extra Stage 2 worth watching?

I recently watched the first one. I thought Mako could be an interesting character to focus on, but it's baaaaaaad.
It's only an hour long, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. There's one "race" that lasts all of two minutes. The rest is snowboarding montage, uninteresting, and several minutes of egregious tit shots. It's like they weren't even trying.
