My dog went to the vet’s for an abdominal ultrasound, and they sent him home paralyzed.
Post Body

Before and After. My dog, Maximus Decimus Meridius, went to the vet on Wednesday for an abdominal ultrasound because he had the poops really bad. They sedated him for it. They carried him back out on a stretcher right before they closed. They said he was still sedated and tipped him off the stretcher onto the back seat. He wasn’t sedated. He was paralyzed with a ruptured disc in his neck. The help of the fire department, $750 for an animal ambulance, and $15,000 worth of emergency medical treatment and surgery, a maxed out care credit card. He will be hospitalized until Tuesday. Then he has to do physical therapy to try and rehab.

Exactly! It has these huge clips on the side that are super easy to open! I did find someone who was way better but that was so weird

I’m unbelievably so angry! I had a cat who was terrified of almost everything and I took her to the vet to get a lump checked and instead of opening the carrier like a normal person, she opened the gate and just shook the carrier and I was like ?????? I showed her how to actually open it but like who the hell just dumps an animal like that?

I would be throwing hands but also,I would definitely sue them. I’m sorry that happened and I hope the good boy recovers soon!💕
