Most of the time I have a convo w my one of my coworkers I end up interrupting or adding something way too late

They know me to the point where they are all comfortable with silence, sometimes they just come and sit next to me for a while and

It takes a while to engage in convo

But when we do I tend to mis read the tempo of the convo, as I’m ok with going in and out of silence and they seem to view it very short term

Because many times they’ll talk and I’ll come out of my silence to speak, but they just wanted to say something quick and not have much discussion

Or RIGHT before they leave I don’t notice and start a whole other topic

Seems like a blind spot for me
