self aware to the point that i don't think i's benefit from therapy
Post Body

whenever i need advice and i ask someone to help, they give me an answer i've already thought of.

whenever i have therapy sessions with my family, i've already thought of whatever is said.

i'm too aware of my own emotions and the emotions in others. it's so irritating.

i've considered therapy due to my family and self esteem, but any time i hear advice i just think "i know, i've thought of that."

does anyone else feel like this?
