2014 QX60 mechanic/tech advice!?

Working on getting a transmission removed and replace. But it’s dawning on me that it is a lot of crap I need to remove in order to get the transmission out. Sub frame needs to be dropped to be able to remove the transmission. Here is my question, would it be possible to remove the front bumper, radiator, and then pull it from the top without dropping the subframe?
The car needs a new front end so why not just take advantage of the situation?
