So I had posted a thread here a little while ago about looking for some kind of truly open IEM, and I've come to the conclusion that it just simply doesn't exist really. I know there are some exceptions like the Audeze lineup, but those are so incredibly cumbersome and bulky that I might as well be wearing headphones, haha.
As such, I've come to the conclusion that I'm just going to have to make some accommodations here, and just bite the bullet. I know TWS will have extra latency, but that's just a tradeoff I might be willing to take, I suppose, haha.
Which brings me to my next question-- which TWS will both work well with Windows, (My AirPods Pro crash and burn when I connect them.) as well as have the lowest latency possible at the moment with TWS?
And while I'm at it, how would I go about utilizing other hardware of mine? Like my amplifier and dac? Is there any way to connect them to those with some sort of bluetooth adapter, or are amps and dacs just not really useful when we're talkinga bout TWS since they have their own internal amps/dacs?
Would love to hear what you guys think, thanks!
