I have an exciting opportunity for you guys to participate in! Niantic posted an Earth day event, which you can read about here. Keep Indianapolis Beautiful was submitted to Niantic as an NGO that could host an event in Indianapolis. With Niantic's track record for following up on things on time, I also reached out to them through email and got a favorable response from them! They would love to have us help out at their plogging event with their partner, yelp!

Plogging is "the trendy, Swedish word for picking up trash while running. It's hip, you get a workout, and the environment benefits." We will be running, jogging, or walking (I will certainly be walking) around White River Park. You will need to RSVP. Keep Indianapolis Beautiful will be providing gloves and bags for this event. There is often free parking at many places downtown on Sundays, but you may have to take a bit of a walk.
