when to pump?

so i unfortunately work full 8 hour shifts at a retail store and can’t pump every two hours during my shift. is it okay if i only do it at night or should i invest in a discreet wearable pump? i have an spectra s2 that i can use when im at home so im hoping even the weaker wearable pump would be enough
