I started going to a bouldering gym a couple months ago and I'm addicted! I'm still a super beginner but I love it. I'm getting a surgery on my chest on Wednesday and won't be able to exersize for at least 6-8 weeks, and if my will power will allow it won't be doing too much strenuous arm raising, heavy lifting, pulling (pretty much everything fun climbing entails..) for at least 2 or 3 months, or longer if I can to ensure my scars don't stretch. How can I still train for climbing? Any techniques I can practise that don't use too much upper body?
