I'm planning to travel to Indonesia on the 26th next month from the U.S and I'm making some final preparations but I have some questions about medicine. I read on embassy page that I have to declare what type of medication I have along with a doctor's note. I don't have to worry about it since don't take any.

I want to bring some Pepto bismol or Imodium for travelers diarrhea. The only issue is that it's not prescribed and you can pick it up in at any retail store, I mean I probably could get a note as a precaution, but just in case I want to make sure. I'm also planning to purchase this for the trip as well because it's better to have it and not need it, than to be without it.

I tend to overthink these things alot.
