I want to book a ticket from visakapatnam to howrah. 3AC in november. all tickets are waitlist.
my date is not flexible.
how do i get tickets?
i cannot travel, standing or sitting, I am too old for that. I need a confirmed seat.
what should I do?
tatkal or normal ticket, or if i give money to TT, will he get me a seat?
