I'm looking to buy a second hand Scooter for a year or two and then sell it.

Please suggest what I should be looking for in second hand Scooters? What to be careful about? What scams happen? What signs are bad and good? How much Km on odometer is acceptable according to the years used?

My requirements: 1. College student so low budget preferably under 30k - 40k 2. Low maintenance as I don't want to spend time fixing it (have very bad experience with tvs pep that my parents had) 3. Daily commute 10-15 Kms. Might go on weekend trips conside 50-100 kms maximum for weekend once a month.

My preference is something like access 125 as it have proven reliable over the years.
